PAYITS AND SCHEDULE
We pay our Auto Dealership Sales Managers a generous salary of $95,000 - $135,000 per year
, plus bonuses and commission

- 2+ years of experience working at an auto dealership
- State sales license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Having bilingual proficiency would be a significant advantage! Although not mandatory, preference is given to candidates with a bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant training, or a comparable blend of education and experience. You are responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating our sales professionals to reach their full potential while also overseeing the recruitment and training of new talent.
Highly data-driven, you identify trends in customer behavior and develop strategies so that we can better serve our clients. You collaborate with members from other departments to make important business decisions such as designing marketing campaigns and choosing what vehicles to add to our inventory. Additionally, you stay on top of our expenditures and ensure we don't go over budget.
