Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T1372) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards as needed.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with relevant laws and policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging with them to solve their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain composed and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders; frequently lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with assistance
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
