WHATYOU ’LL DO
Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
Recruit, hire, and retain best‑in‑class talent
Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals
Create foot traffic through community involvement
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced store environment
Drive Omni‑channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
Drive Operational Excellence and Sales Performance — Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective planning, execution, and teamwork.
Inspire and Develop High‑Performing Teams — Build a culture of accountability, growth, and empowerment.
Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences — Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to service and style.
Uphold Brand Standards and Operational Compliance — Maintain consistency and excellence across all store functions.

NEED TO HAVE
2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
