Assistant Store Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excels at solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality and timely work. We provide a clean, modern and safe workspace equipped with state-of-the-art tools, a steady flow of customers, and the opportunity to work alongside skilled Store Managers.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review Digital Inspections from technicians to properly write repair orders for customers.

• General knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain organization.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
