LPN - Part-Time​/PRN

Shifts:

PRN, 8‑hour shifts, 6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm & 10pm‑6am.

Open Positions: PRN all shifts and Part Time 6am‑2:30pm (first week Wed & Fri, second week Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun).

At Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, we are one of the largest SNFs in Colorado, dedicated to rehabilitation and 24‑hour skilled nursing care. We are looking for passionate professionals to join our family.

Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $31‑$39 per hour.
