Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry – Colorado

Start Date: January 19, 2026
Location: Thornton, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 5:1 patient ratio

• Diverse patient population including post-operative surgical patients, cardiac procedures, stroke, chest pain, and renal/respiratory support

• EMR:
  Meditech | Telemetry monitoring and post-op monitoring equipment
• Modified self-scheduling with schedules posted 3 weeks in advance for work-life flexibility
• Variety of case types: elective orthopedic, spine, GYN surgeries, post-cath lab procedures (PCI, pacemaker, ablation, cardioversion), and medical patients

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Colorado (or compact state eligibility)
• ACLS certification (required)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Telemetry and/or surgical nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with occasional high patient turnover
