• $40.00 to $45.00 per hour

• 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
• 24/7 assistance related to client care
• In home care with private clients

• Perform skilled nursing tasks following physician orders and the care plan
• Monitor vital signs, assess client condition, and report changes to the RN
• Administer medications (oral, topical, subcutaneous, and intramuscular) following approved procedures
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Service the Denver metro area
• Looking for all visit times (700-1500, , ) weekdays and weekends

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, with community, home health, or medical/surgical experience a plus
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English; other languages are an asset
• Current Colorado LPN license in good standing
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to legally work in US to apply for this position
• Valid driver’s license is required
