3 Days On, 4 Days Off (Get Paid for 42 Hours!)

Thornton, CO (Right across from RTD Light Rail Eastlake Station)

Friday – Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour (plus 6 hours of automatic differential pay, which equals a 16% pay boost)

As a CNC Machinist, you aren’t just pushing buttons; you are crafting tight‑tolerance components for the aerospace, defense, and space industries. You will:

• Command High‑End Tech:
  Set up and operate multi‑spindle, multi‑axis lathes with live tooling.
• Own Your Cell:
  Manage up to two machines, performing your own in‑process inspections to maintain AS9100 quality standards.
• Collaborate:
  Work directly with Engineering to solve programming challenges and optimize production.

  Proven track record setting up and operating multi‑turret lathes.
• The Blueprint:
  Strong ability to read engineering drawings and a solid grasp of GD&T.
• The Precision:
  Expert use of hand‑held gages and advanced measuring devices.
• The Mindset: A problem‑solver who takes pride in "getting it right the first time."
