Brief Description

Job Summary

The Operations Associate (Repair) is responsible for troubleshooting device issues by reviewing customer notes and conducting full diagnostics to identify the source of errors and assign appropriate repair grades. This role completes the computer repair process, including cleaning, removing, and replacing components using provided tools. The associate performs thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure all repaired technology meets customer and company standards.

• Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
• Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
• Complete a thorough quality assurance review of all completed repairs, ensuring technology is working to customer and Vivacity expectations
• Prepare serviced products for shipment, creating boxes and packing to ensure safe and timely delivery
• Maintain organization of designated work stations
• Cross‑trained in Production to assist as business dictates
• Present relevant work updates and data to Team Lead
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead

• Minimum one year relevant experience required
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing as needed to complete repairs
• Ability to work within a high level of noise and some dust
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in accordance with product inventory
• Ability to utilize required toolkit as necessary for repairs
