Summary
Inte Pros is seeking a Service Desk Team Lead for a fully onsite, bond-funded contractor role. This position provides leadership, advanced troubleshooting support, and process improvement across the service desk function. The role is temporary with an initial term through August 2026 and the potential for extension based on performance and workload. As a contractor position, the engagement may be concluded at any time at the district's discretion, and all work must be completed onsite.

The project is planned to sunset no later than 2029.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, improving, and maintaining technical systems used in production environments
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across multiple layers of infrastructure
• Working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects
• Supporting operational processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring uptime, reliability, and strong performance across assigned systems

• Strong hands-on technical experience with system operations, troubleshooting, and production support
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, ops, and leadership teams
• Experience managing competing priorities and executing in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Solid documentation and communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration and consistent updates
