We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team!

Vibra Hospital of Denver, located in Thornton, CO, is a 54‑bed Critical Care Hospital that provides acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Patients often require additional critical care for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious disease, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. In this fast‑paced, friendly environment you will truly get to know each patient and their families.

Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, maintaining a clean, healthy and safe environment, utilizing basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills, and recognizing and responding to emergency situations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor is required within six months of hire.

• Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18.95 to $26.02.
