RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Patient ratio of 5:1

• 29-bed medical/surgical unit with potential overflow to 39 beds

• Work with post-operative surgical patients

• Monitor cardiac drips including amiodarone, diltiazem, and heparin drips

• Must have telemetry experience with ability to read cardiac strips

• Remote telemetry equipment utilized

• EMR system:
Medi Tech

• ACLS certification preferred

• High-energy unit seeking hard-working team members with fun personalities

• Night shift staffing includes charge nurse, 8 RNs, and ACT from 10:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Located on 5th floor of main hospital building
