• The district is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Social Worker for a contract position in Thornton, CO. The candidate should be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast-paced setting. Full-time availability is preferred.
  
  Schedule:
  
  7.5 Hour Days, Monday through Friday. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing.

• Provide direct services to students with mental health services on their IEP including 1:1 meetings, social skills groups, etc.
• Support with development of FBA’s and BIP’s; provide crisis support as needed.
• Conduct evaluations in the social emotional area and IEP development and documentation.
• Provide indirect and direct services to students requiring interventions.
• Workload based on a variety of factors including mobility rate, total population of students in the building, total number of students with disabilities, free and reduced lunch, and number of providers in the building.
• Caseloads are allocated based on these factors.
