Salary: $145,000 – $160,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers, setting technical standards and supporting career growth
- Own manufacturing process performance, including yield, throughput, cost, quality, and safety metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Lead process design, optimization, validation, and documentation for new and existing manufacturing lines
- Partner with operations leadership to translate business goals into actionable engineering roadmaps
- Support capital projects, equipment selection, process automation, and facility improvements
- Ensure processes comply with internal standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related field)
- 10+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, including people leadership
- Proven success driving process improvements in high-volume, engineered manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
