Program Manager II, Network Vendor Management, Cloud

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Experience with data center operations.

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with commercial agreements and agreements negotiations.
• Experience with data modeling, dashboarding and reporting, involving very large datasets and multiple data sources.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish—working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this role, you will be providing seamless, workforce solutions supporting the world's finest networking team. You will create and maintain technological solutions that empower Strategic Workforce Solutions (SWS) to be a highly efficient, data-driven, and strategically focused organisation in its crucial role of providing workforce solutions for Google's network infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Serve as the key relationship holder and establish strong, collaborative relationships with all external Co Location (colo) vendor stakeholders in the assigned region.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key vendors to discuss performance, alignment, and future opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to regional and company compliance and security requirements and resolve performance issues, or non-compliance matters.
• Support agreements negotiation, renewal, and termination processes in collaboration with procurement and commercial teams.
• Manage regional vendor budgets and expenditures on networking requests, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and reviewing vendor invoices.
