Summary:
Todd Technologies Inc LLC (TTI) is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This position will be heavily focused on the general ledger, bank reconciliations, and processing month end tasks. This position will be under the supervision of the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible on work responsibilities. TTI is a fast growing manufacturing company in the filtration industry.
Previous accounting experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a must. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience at a staff accountant level but would consider a recent college graduate if the right fit.

- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- In charge of fixed asset ledger and monthly depreciation
- Maintain monthly sales commission workbooks
- Prepare monthly cycle count sheets and post adjusting entries
- Review landed cost entries for accuracy
- Perform various month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries as needed
- File sales and use tax for city/state jurisdictions
- Backup for A/P and A/R
- Support other department requests related to customers and vendors
- Projects assigned by management
- Perform ad-hoc accounting analyses
- Support any financial audits
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a must.
- 1-3 years of related accounting experience but will consider recent college graduates.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems (Netsuite experience is a plus).
- Strong Excel skills such as vlookups and pivot tables.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
