Covering South West, South Wales, South & Midlands.

Trojan Garage Equipment Services Ltd is a leading supplier of garage equipment based in Thornbury with 34 years of experience. We service road transport and automotive customers in sectors such as commercial vehicle workshops, bus workshops, local authority, police, fire and ambulance workshops.

Our team is growing and we are looking for a field‑based Diagnostics and Repair Specialist / Garage Equipment Engineer to support clients with diagnostic and breakdown work, planned preventive maintenance, calibrations and repairs.

• Diagnose and repair garage equipment in the field.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance, calibration and breakdown repairs.
• Respond to job allocations at customer sites across South West, South Wales, South and Midlands.
• Travel to our company base in Thornbury as and when required.
• Provide a first‑class service to clients.

• Strong electrical engineering background with a determined approach to problem‑solving.
• Experience in maintenance, inspection, calibration and breakdown repair activities in a field service environment.
• Good working knowledge of electronic and IT skills.

• Flexible and willing to work overtime and occasional overnight stays away from home.
• Confident and able to work under own initiative.

  Full clean UK driving licence.
• A firm, positive attitude with drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
• Suitable for Auto Electrician, HGV technician, factory engineer or Ashcart fitter skillsets.
