Nursery Room Leader - Partou Thornbury Day Nursery & Pre-school

Full time or part time work available, 20, 30 or 40 hours a week. Thornbury, Bristol | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: £30,500 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Partou Thornbury Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader. You will oversee the daily running of a room and ensure children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
• Passion for early years education
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
