Cleaning Operative, Cleaning Services

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to work colleagues.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
• Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & holidays.
• Work 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (07:00-09:00 hrs paid).
• Required to work 5 days each week; no Sundays.
• £14.00 per hour.

• Polite and professional.
• Willingness to learn.
• Flexible and reliable, willing to do overtime & weekends if required.
• Experience preferred but full training provided.
• Good self-presentation; uniform provided.
