A well-established regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of commercial construction projects across Yorkshire and the North East.

With multiple regional offices and a strong secured pipeline, this contractor is known for repeat clients, structured delivery teams and a professional, collaborative working culture.

You'll take responsibility for the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and to budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full project lifecycle management

• Leading site teams and managing subcontractors

• Programme, cost control and reporting

• Client and consultant liaison

• Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality and company processes

• Experience working as a Project Manager for a main contractor (Construction)

• Background in commercial / industrial construction projects

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Confident managing multiple stakeholders

• Relevant construction qualification (HNC / Degree or equivalent)

• Permanent role with a respected regional contractor

• Strong regional workload and long-term job security
