Sales Coordinator | North AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Handle phone and fax sales enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and process customer quotations and orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure proper order fulfilment, including accurate entry of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers on order and delivery status.
• Manage export documentation for regional shipments.
• Process documentation for Letters of Credit where applicable.
• Liaise with warehouse teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Generate billing for all completed orders.
• Support the Sales team in achieving monthly forecast targets.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  in
  order processing and export shipping.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C) processing is an added advantage.
