Key Account Manager | FMCG

Job Summary

Lead sales strategy, manage key accounts, and drive business growth within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

• Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and strategy execution.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate the delivery of consumables and materials for F&B and retail clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and business development initiatives.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in leading or managing team members.
• Comfortable working overtime when required and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the F&B or retail supply industry is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Japanese business manners and etiquette is an added advantage.
• Practical knowledge of import/export operations is an added advantage.
