Job SummaryWe are seeking motivated Sales Engineers to support and drive our sales operations. The role is split into Indoor Sales and Outdoor Sales
, each with a clear focus but both contributing to business growth, technical solution delivery, and strong client relationships.
Indoor Sales Engineer – You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring seamless internal processes. You will play a key role in supporting outdoor sales activities, managing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on orders.
Outdoor Sales Engineer – You will represent the company in the field, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive business development. You will follow up on leads, support indoor sales with on-site activities and logistics, and ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Both roles require proactive problem-solving, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales targets. These positions offer opportunities to grow professionally, gain technical expertise, and make a tangible impact on the company’s success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer enquiries with accurate technical and commercial information
- Prepare and deliver precise sales quotations and documentation
- Assist outdoor sales staff with administrative tasks and logistics coordination
- Follow up on leads and orders to help achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Follow up on sales leads and on-going orders, contributing to achieving sales targets
- Assist indoor sales team with on-site support and logistics
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication
- Represent the company during customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations
- Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude and collaborate effectively with the team
- Communicate courteously and professionally to uphold the company’s reputation
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, or willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining enthusiasm and focus
- Technical aptitude to understand and convey product solutions
This job has the following work schedule:
5 days / week
Monday - Friday
