Sales Coordinator West AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales orders, including all related documentation.
• Monitor order status, verify payments, and coordinate with headquarters, subsidiaries, agents, and vendors locally and overseas.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams including sales, finance, service, and applications.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and correspondence to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support team initiatives and assist with sales-related tasks and internal events.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, sales admin or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Letter of Credit processes.
• Knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
