As an Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications (Content Creation), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of branding, marketing campaigns, and organizational events
• Collaborate with internal teams to support their communication, events, and engagement needs
• Support the development and rollout of brand strategies across internal and external channels
• Help create consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints
• Execute employer branding campaigns to enhance employee engagement and experience
• Manage day-to-day content and community engagement on the organization's Linked In page to drive brand visibility and thought leadership
• Quality-check marketing collaterals, newsletters, and video content to ensure consistency in corporate identity
• Track campaign performance and social media metrics
• Provide general administrative support as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing communications, brand management, publicity and events management.
