• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage senior leadership team members.
• Provide regular performance updates to the headquarters' management team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• More than 5 years of B2B experience in the F&B, retail supply, restaurant, or wholesale trade industries.
• Proven leadership experience as a Managing Director or in a senior executive role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, operations management, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Understanding of Japanese business culture and communication styles is an added advantage.
• Practical knowledge of import/export operations is an added advantage.
