• Retrieve item datasheets from vendors for part number creation.
• Communicate with vendors for purchase order submission, shipping instructions, delivery confirmation, and invoicing matters.
• Maintain vendor information in the ERP system (Net Suite) upon approval.
• Create and monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of all details.
• Follow up with vendors on PO acknowledgments and update ERP records.
• Expedite outstanding orders to meet project timelines and update delivery status in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support inventory accuracy and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Support monthly stock count activities.
• Verify invoices for accuracy, including amounts and payment terms, before processing.
• Review vendor sales notes against issued POs and elevate discrepancies for clarification.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• At least 2 years of procurement experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Working knowledge of ERP systems (
  Oracle Net Suite preferred).
• Basic understanding/ Exposure to supply chain, logistics processes, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
