• Manage and support the Singapore office network (LAN/VLAN, internet, VPN).
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network hardware/software (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Maintain network documentation, user access, authentication, and permissions.
• Liaise with HQ teams and vendors to ensure compliance with group and industry standards.
• Act as Information Security Lead: develop and implement security policies, conduct assessments, training, and incident response.
• Support security, corporate, and internal audits.

• Hands‑on IT experience across end‑user support (L1/L2), network administration, and basic security operations.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows 11, and iOS environments.
• Hands‑on support experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet products.
• Experience in cybersecurity or information security roles (policies, training, incident response).
• Familiar with service ticketing systems (e.g. Service Now).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
