• Ensure timely and accurate employee data entry.
• Submit monthly CPF reports.
• Maintain and update employment records and prepare related documents.
• Handle HR-related surveys required by government agencies and third parties.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining up‑to‑date payroll records and assisting in report generation.

• Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS.
• Analyze existing system functions and propose improvement requirements.
• Assist in defining HRIS specifications and supporting system enhancement initiatives.
• Support HRIS improvement projects.

• Process applications and update payroll‑related items in HRIS (e.g., attendance, leave, allowances, housing).
• Assist in travel management tasks.
• Process vendor invoices and handle internal cost allocations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, with strong exposure to payroll.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms.
• Solid understanding of payroll computation, MOM regulations, and CPF legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and patiently.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence in daily tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
