ERW Physical Therapy and Wellness is an outpatient physical therapist‑owned private practice providing exceptional physical therapy services since 2002. Over the years, we have expanded to multiple clinics and partnerships in Georgia. Our outpatient private practice clinics are in Evans, Grovetown, South Augusta, and Thomson.

Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non‑surgical and post‑operative caseload with a great mix of sport‑specific rehab as well as joint and spine management.

We maintain an appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. Exceptional clinical outcomes are bolstered by ensuring patients see the same therapist or therapist team from the beginning to the end of their treatment.
