Regional Treasury & Accounting Manager; Setup Subsidary

Responsibilities Financial Management

• Lead cash flow planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage bank loans, interest optimization, and group financing activities.
• Oversee FX risk management and support dividend arrangements.
• Maintain balance sheet control, including capital adjustments.
• Review loan agreements to ensure alignment with internal approvals.
• Advise subsidiaries on group financing procedures and credit limit setup.
• Oversee treasury systems (e.g., GCMS Plus, Treasury Stream) and user access control.
• Approve remittances and coordinate with regional headquarters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital management activities.

• Supervise all accounting operations, including journal reviews and financial closings.
• Manage external audits and ensure accurate tax calculations and submissions.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review local and overseas tax requirements to ensure accurate tax treatment.

• Lead internal self-assessments and coordinate internal audit activities.
• Drive corporate governance initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.

• Lead and develop administrative staff, including objective setting and performance assessment.
• Manage attendance, remuneration reviews, and operational issue resolution.
• Provide guidance, leadership, and performance management.
• Support additional financial, accounting, governance, or administrative tasks as required.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in treasury management, FX operations, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow, and balance sheet management.
• Familiarity with Singapore tax and accounting regulations; cross‑border tax exposure is an advantage.
• Experience with treasury systems such as GCMS Plus or Treasury Stream.
• Experience in financial management, accounting operations, and corporate governance.
• Background in new company setup is an advantage.
