Corporate Loans Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury and loan operations, ensuring timely and accurate settlements in line with internal controls and SLAs.
• Supervise SWIFT message processing and system management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and operational risk controls.
• Validate and reconcile trade and settlement data across treasury and loan products.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and new product implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, counter parties, and clearing houses to resolve settlement or payment issues.
• Support management with reports, audits, and ad-hoc projects.

• 6 years of experience in international banking, covering treasury operations and/or wholesale loans.
• Strong understanding of fund finance, structured or corporate finance, and loan products (SBLC/LC).
• Proficient in SWIFT, Excel, and banking systems; detail-oriented with strong control awareness.
• Knowledge of FX, Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives is an advantage.
