As an Finance Executive, Accounts Payable (Contract), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Process invoices, payments and vendor reconciliations accurately and on time
• Maintain daily cash book and optimize payment processes for healthy working capital
• Manage full set of accounts for a small subsidiary
• Maintain AP/GL records in digital format and manage shared AP mailbox
• Liaise with vendors to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships
• Prepare and submit GST returns, financial statements and XBRL filings
• Maintain audit schedules and coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Conduct ad-hoc financial assessments for tender purposes
• Support AP Accountant in month-end closing and process improvement initiatives
• Participate in UAT for system implementations and undertake any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in SAP B1 software is an advantage
