• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash receipts, including daily bank statements, internet banking transactions, cheques, and ensuring alignment between AR systems and SAP.
• Manage Medisave and CPF-related processes, including dental claims submissions, re-submissions, payments, balance enquiries, and coordination with vendors on system issues.
• Handle billing operations, including medical reports, AGD invoices, third‑party and intercompany billing, Dental Appointment Deposits (DAD), waivers, staff medical billing, and refunds.
• Prepare routine and ad‑hoc journal vouchers, intercompany reconciliations, audit schedules, and support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections, including dunning, MCPS billing, aging follow‑ups, debt collection agency coordination, and resolution of rejected or unpaid cases.
• Oversee petty cash administration and ensure proper documentation, controls, and sufficient float.
• Provide operational support to clinics, including handling billing and system enquiries, supporting system testing, reporting defects, and conducting workflow or system training sessions.
• Any other ad hoc duties

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
