• Record timely journal entries and maintain proper documentation in the ERP system.
• Manage monthly flash reports, analysis reports, and financial statements for multiple entities, including consolidation.
• Prepare year-end reports and financial disclosure requirements.
• Support external audits by providing schedules, vouchers, and draft financial statements.
• Assist with internal audit activities and submit required documentation.
• Prepare intercompany, AR/AP, and other balance-related reports.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain depreciation and amortization schedules and support annual asset stocktake.
• Submit related party transaction and balance reports.
• Assist with ECI submission, annual tax filing, withholding tax preparation, and Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Support tax data submissions for GTP initiatives.
• Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (
  SFRS
  ) and local tax regulations.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g.,
  SAP, Oracle
  ) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with financial consolidation processes and reporting workflows.
