• Report to and support the Project Manager (PM) in all project functions, including but not limited to project management, site management, and risk management, to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, implementation, and coordination of all construction works to ensure alignment with the master and detailed work programmes.
• Prepare, plan, and submit project-related documentation such as work schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and monthly reports.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, bills of quantities, construction drawings, quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) requirements, and other contractual obligations.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters, providing both technical and non-technical solutions with proper documentation.
• Arrange and attend site inspections with clients and consultants, submit required technical reports, and ensure proper record‑keeping port the Contracts/QS team in verifying progress claims and contractor payments.
• Participate in regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project progress remains on schedule.
• Establish and maintain an effective document control system, and review detailed design drawings, project documents, and technical specifications.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
• At least 3 years of working experience in LTA Roadworks
