• Assist in preparing contractual and tender documentation for approval and submission.

• Compile project planning and execution documents in compliance with applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Coordinate across disciplines and project teams to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Support the organization and coordination of site meetings with project stakeholders.
• Oversee facility operations and retrofitting works for multiple clients.
• Monitor ad hoc repair works conducted at project sites.
• Track and ensure timely closure of fault reports in accordance with stipulated service timelines.
• Monitor the timely procurement of consumable and non-consumable items.
• Obtain quotations from third-party service providers.
• Supervise routine maintenance activities performed by external contractors.

• Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
