Today, students typically spend majority of their after-school hours cared by a helper/grandparents at home or in after school care receiving only basic supervision. Weekends are spent at various enrichment/tuition classes or completing homework. Consequently, your child grows academically, but other vital areas of life – such as character building, communication and creativity, social-emotional management and more, become neglected. However, these are building blocks that every child needs to develop independently and successfully in life.

This is where we step in. With so little time available before the next school day, we want to fully utilise your child’s after‑school hours to return your child’s evenings and weekends to you.

This means, first and foremost, we help them stay on track and ahead with school through tuition. Then, we integrate their academic learning with a curated mix of foundational and higher‑level holistic programmes that that prepares your child for the future.

• Supervise students with their daily routines, including meal time, homework supervision, academic learning and recreational activities
• Provide care, guidance and support to primary school children outside of their school hours
• Assist the main teacher with classroom management
• Assist in organising and delivery of holistic programmes (both indoor and outdoor)
• Create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for students
• Accompany children home on the school bus after school
• Other adhoc duties as required

• Min. Diploma in any discipline
• Able to coach primary school subjects adequately
• Genuine interest towards guiding and nurturing children
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in student care and/or enrichment setting would be an advantage
