• Supervise construction and architectural works to ensure adherence to specifications, approved drawings, and project instructions while maintaining high building quality standards.
• Oversee structural construction activities in compliance with the Building Control Act and provide necessary support to consultants as required.
• Enforce site safety regulations, submit required reports promptly, and ensure all works are executed in a safe and proper manner.
• Identify discrepancies and promptly report site progress, non-conformances, and irregularities to the Qualified Person (QP), consultants, and employer.
• Assist in reviewing contractors’ method statements and work procedures, ensuring full compliance during on-site execution.
• Conduct inspections on site to verify the quality of workmanship, materials, and samples; initiate corrective actions for non-compliance and report any deviations to the Superintending Officer, Consultant, or Qualified Person.

• Possess a Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management.
