Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of shipping documentation
, including invoicing, packing lists, letters of credit, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. - Handle logistics coordination
, including processing, monitoring, and tracking customer and supplier orders. - Manage inventory and update sales and purchase data in the order system.
- Prepare monthly business-related reports.
- Provide administrative support to the department manager and executive.
- Experience in international trade and logistics administration.
- Knowledge of international freight forwarding.
- Familiarity with letters of credit (LC) is an added advantage.
