BD & Digital Transformation; DX Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and update sales pipeline information, client databases, competitor data, and market intelligence.
• Maintain internal databases and ensure accuracy of all business development data.
• Prepare periodic business development reports for regional and headquarter stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation by identifying manual processes and implementing automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Prepare meeting materials, tender documentation, and presentation packages.
• Ensure proper documentation and data management in line with the company’s management systems.

• 3–5 years of experience in business development support, data management, digitalisation, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data-handling skills.
• Experience with dashboard creation using Power BI is an added advantage.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or Power Apps is an added advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in digital transformation (DX) is an added advantage.
• Experience in construction or engineering-related industries is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of civil or building construction is an added advantage.
