Logistics Assistant; East

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule import and export shipments according to operational timelines.
• Liaise with overseas branches, trade partners, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and trade documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and BL/AWB.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and provide timely updates and logistics reports.
• Process logistics and shipping-related invoices accurately.
• Monitor logistics costs, identify variances, and support cost‑control efforts.
• Support logistics coordination and operational tasks as required.

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in at least one additional language for liaising with relevant stakeholders, such as:
• Vietnamese, for liaising with Vietnamese‑speaking stakeholders.
• Chinese, for liaising with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
• Korean, for liaising with Korean‑speaking HQ teams and stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g.,
  MS Word, email
  ).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
