- Support the Manager in administrative functions for Senior Mobility & Enabling Fund (SMF), One-Rehab, Linen & Laundry, and general clerical tasks.
- Collaborate with therapists to support the application process for funding and the procurement of therapy equipment.
- Track delivery of therapy devices, verify billing accuracy, and maintain organised filing systems and records.
- Perform SMF Fund Administrator duties, including claim preparation, submission to AIC, and ledger reconciliation.
- Ensure completeness and compliance of SMF documentation and assist with audit requirements.
- Manage stationery inventory and submit requests for replenishment when necessary.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
