• Prepare and post month‑end journals, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing within targeted deadlines.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue recording and handle timely, correct billing of invoices for members and corporate clients.
• Manage and follow up on collections, update receivables, perform GIRO processing (new, termination, and collection), and reconcile debtors’ ageing reports.
• Handle member and client inquiries, issue statements of account, and ensure accuracy of billing on member accounts.
• Generate accounts receivable reports, verify miscellaneous corporate billing invoices, and provide explanations for receivables and collections.
• Assist with year‑end audits and perform other related accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with strong proficiency in MS Office and finance systems; experience with Oracle ERP (Net Suite) is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented and meticulous, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a culturally diverse, multi‑ethnic environment.
