We are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented Developer to support a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) transformation project using Amazon Connect
. This role is ideal for a hands‑on developer who can lead the design and development of custom integrations, extend platform capabilities, and create seamless agent experiences through a custom desktop.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud‑native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Dynamo
DB, and Cloud Formation. - Develop and implement custom applications and components for a scalable Amazon Connect‑based contact center.
- Build and maintain complex integrations between Amazon Connect and third‑party platforms (CRM, ticketing systems, workforce tools, analytics).
- Design and develop a custom agent desktop with embedded tools, real‑time data, and interaction controls.
- Use AWS services (Lambda, Dynamo
DB, S3, API Gateway, Lex, Cloud Watch) to build serverless workflows and support non‑native features. - Participate in designing domain‑driven microservices aligned to business capabilities for improved scalability and team autonomy.
- Implement event‑driven systems using Amazon Event Bridge, SNS/SQS, and Kinesis to decouple components and enable real‑time data processing.
- Develop RESTful APIs and manage secure data exchange between systems.
- Support implementation of advanced capabilities such as screen pops, post‑call workflows, NLU‑based IVR flows, and custom reporting.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams in an agile delivery environment.
- Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing solutions.
- 3–5 years of experience in application development and system integration.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect
, including Lambda integrations, contact flows, and AWS infrastructure components. - Experience building custom agent interfaces using modern web technologies (React, Angular, etc.).
- Proficiency with serverless architecture patterns
, including asynchronous messaging and eventual consistency. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0. - Familiarity with AWS services (especially Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo
DB, S3, Cloud Formation). - Familiarity with Dev Ops automation
, observability tools
, and cloud security best practices
. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK is an asset.
- Knowledge of security best practices, especially around cloud integrations and API development.
- AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms like Salesforce, Service Now, or Microsoft Dynamics with Amazon Connect.
- Exposure to conversational AI platforms (Amazon Lex, Dialogflow, etc.).
- Background in CCaaS, UCaaS, or enterprise contact center technologies.
