I’m partnering with a well-established, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in North Carolina that is looking to welcome a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to its experienced, collaborative team. This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility built in, suited to both confident, experienced DVMs and those seeking strong mentorship in a supportive environment.
You’ll be practicing out of an impressive 10,000+ sq ft, state-of-the-art facility, purpose-built to support high-quality medicine across general practice, urgent care, and surgery. The hospital is exceptionally well equipped, with modern in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, dedicated surgical suites, and an on-site pharmacy — everything you need to focus on medicine without compromise.
The team here is a real standout: long-tenured veterinarians, skilled technicians, and dependable support staff who work closely together and value collaboration, communication, and efficiency. Newer graduates will benefit from hands-on mentorship and daily support, while experienced doctors will enjoy clinical autonomy, diverse cases, and the opportunity to influence protocols and workflows. Leadership is engaged and accessible, with close collaboration alongside the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager to ensure the hospital runs smoothly and doctors are supported.
The caseload is varied and interesting, offering a blend of wellness, sick visits, urgent care, and surgery. Scheduling is flexible, and the compensation package is highly competitive, including a strong base salary, significant signing bonus, relocation support, and a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support both your professional growth and personal wellbeing.
