This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse based in the Charlotte Metro area. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to medical‑surgical patients, administering medications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring patient conditions, and providing patient education. Nurses will ensure best practices in line with safety and quality care protocols while demonstrating compassion and understanding towards patients and their families.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Clinical skills including medication administration, patient monitoring, and care plan development
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to provide patient education and emotional support
• Adept at using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology systems
• Prior experience in medical-surgical nursing is preferred
• Commitment to providing empathetic, patient‑centered care
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
