Maximize equipment availability by planning, scheduling, executing, and documenting routine TPM events;
Provide hands-on training and mentoring within the maintenance team;
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to prioritize and improve TPM processes;
Utilize CMMS (SAP or similar) to track, predict, prevent, and plan maintenance activities such as TPM, work orders, routine checks, and inspections;
Follow all established standard operating procedures and perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
