Description:

The House Supervisor acts as the on-site administrative lead for patients, staff, physicians, and visitors. They oversee daily hospital operations during shifts, ensuring smooth patient care, staff coordination, and resource management, while serving as a liaison between clinical teams, administration, and support services to maintain quality and safety.

Thomasville Medical Center - Thomasville, NC

Schedule:

7pm-7am - One Weekday - Night shift

• Act as on-site administrative lead for patients, staff, physicians, and visitors during the night shift.
• Oversee daily hospital operations during shifts, ensuring smooth patient care, staff coordination, and resource management.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, administration, and support services to maintain quality and safety.

• Education:
  
  4 Year / Bachelors Degree - BSN/BA/BS, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, required. Previous management experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• Additional Skills (required):
  Knowledge and ability to modify care and interpret information to identify each patientfs requirements for care according to patientfs age, health, and developmental status. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Additional Skills (preferred):
  Clemmons Medical Center and Kernersville Medical Center require critical care or ED experience.
