Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Thomasville, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2 Years of experience REQUIRED

• 1st Time Travelers are ACCEPTED if have EPIC experience.

• Locals are ACCEPTED

• REQUIRED Certs: BLS

Skills REQUIRED:

• IV Start, some non-titratable Cardiac Drips, Telemetry patients knowing rhythms.
PREFERRED Skills/Certs:

• Telemetry.

• Preferred Certs: NIH, ACLS

JOB DETAILS :

• Target Ratios: 1:6-7 (usually only see 7 with last min call outs which is rare but have plans in place to help support the nurses if that's the case)

• Shift: 12HR NIGHTS

• 36 hours,weeks is accepted

• May be floated to other units with same skill levels or tasks.

• RTO: 7 days MAX

• Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend.

• PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
Medical and post surgical patients. Remote telemetry monitoring.
UNIT SYSTEMS:
Pyxis, EPIC, Visage PACS
SCRUBS:
Navy blue, white or combination of navy/white
